The ICS Products Pty Ltd aim is to Innovate, Create and Supply. We deliver a comprehensive and complete service powering productivity through advanced product design, quality manufacturing, and efficient supply of components and equipment. Our independent and broad product range and capabilities extend to wear solutions, castings, pump casings, lifting and rigging, and erosion control products.
The ICS Products Pty Ltd Scope is to provide customised and complete engineering solutions for the mining, construction and materials handling industries including product design, manufacturing services and the supply of components and equipment to customers.
It is the policy of ICS Products Pty Ltd to provide our clients with services that comply with the standards of ISO 9001:2015 and all industry specific, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
The Senior Management and Staff at ICS Products Pty Ltd are committed to maintaining and continually improving our Quality Management System. Continuous evaluation during internal audits ensures the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Policy as well as the employees understanding of how they help contribute to the achievement of our Quality Objectives.
The Senior management shall take accountability for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and ensure that the resources needed for the Quality Management System are available, including training, support and encouragement. The Quality Policy and Quality Management System will be regularly reviewed by our Senior Management team to ensure effectiveness and improvements are made.
Each employee will be made aware of the importance and the contents of this Quality Policy and be encouraged to provide any suggestions that may assist to achieve these aims.
